How to Apply

Join the OLPH Family in 4 Simple Steps

We have streamlined our enrollment process to ensure it is as convenient as possible for busy families. Please follow these steps to secure a place for your child:

1. Download the Forms

Select the appropriate application package below (Primary or High School). Each package contains the enrollment form.

2. Complete the Documentation

Fill out the forms accurately. Please ensure you have the following supporting documents ready:

  • A copy of the child’s Birth Certificate.
  • A copy of the child’s Latest School Report.

3. Submit your Application

You can submit your documents in two ways:

  • Physical Submission: Drop off your documents at our Administration Office at the school campus.
  • Digital Submission: Scan your completed forms and send them through our email – admin@olph.ac.zw

4. Assessment & Interview

Once we receive your documents, our admissions team will contact you to schedule an assessment for the student and a brief introductory interview with the parents/guardians.
